GPLv3 update

As expected, the latest data indicates more down-to-earth growth rates in deployed GPLv3 licenses.

As of today, GPLv3 exceeded the 500 project level (506), and this represents a 12 percent increase over last week. LGPLv3 hit the 74 project level, a 32 percent week-to-week growth rate. While we can expect variations in the coming weeks and months, these rates are showing more down-to-earth growth.

The total number of deployed GPLv3 and LGPLv3 projects has now reached 580 – a 15% increase over the September 7 level.
